midi88 lets you press lower and higher keys in the virtual piano, by clicking the control key. usually, roblox pianos only have five octaves on the piano, but a lot of songs use seven octaves. so when you are autoplaying with midi88, the song will sound a lot more full because it will be using the full seven-octave piano. the downside is that only some games support the usage of midi88, some of them being: Visual Pianos, Piano Rooms, Tac's Piano Stuff, Open Mic Night.
if you have Detect BPM enabled, the website will automatically find the bpm of your MIDI file and use that. this way, you don't need to search for the song's BPM online.
if you have this enabled, the notes you play will be held for the same amount of time as in your midi file. if disabled, then the piano notes will be pressed for around 0.07 seconds before letting go. all the songs in the script TALENTLESS use short notes, but this is just a preference, if you prefer having your notes be the same length as your midi.
note velocity means the volume of the notes you play. this will make your playing more realistic because it will simulate the ALT key on your keyboard to adjust the velocity, making your playing sound like a real piano. the downside is that only some games support this, some of them being: Visual Pianos, Tac's Piano Stuff, Open Mic Night.
MIDI2LUA is a tool that parses and extracts data from a midi file and converts it into a roblox piano autoplaying script.
MIDI2LUA is branched off of TALENTLESS, a Roblox script that autoplays the virtual piano by injecting fake keystrokes. MIDI2LUA extracts the rest intervals between notes in your MIDI file and converts them into a custom LUA format, which was also created by hellohellohell012321 and is used in his script, TALENTLESS.
